Water mint – Mentha aquatica
We assembled the genome of octoploid Mentha aquatica (Pl 617488 or CMEN 678), obtained from the USDA Mint Germplasm Collection (Corvallis, OR, USA).

Horse mint – Mentha longifolia
The genome of diploid horse mint, Mentha longifolia (Pl 557767 or CMEN 585), obtained from the USDA Mint Germplasm Collection (Corvallis, OR, USA) was sequenced previously (see Vining et al, 2022.)

We are in the process of assembling the genome of elite peppermint Black Mitcham.

We are currently finalizing the genome of Mentha spicata l. var. crispa Schr. (PI 557802), obtained from the USDA Mint Germplasm Collection (Corvallis, OR, USA).
